Bring the body into better harmony with the practice of yoga.  Better connect to your inner strength by reinforcing good alignment, playing with more controlled movement, improving mobility and stability, and using the breath to keep the mind focused and the nervous system calm.  Many times, inner strength comes with also accessing and maintaining inner peace while facing different challenges.  The practice of yoga aligns the body to align the breath to align the mind.  The result is a practice that translates so vitally to daily life.  Move and feel better on and off the mat.
