Don't worry. That is what we are here for. Think you are not flexible enough to do yoga? That is what we are here for. Whatever level you are starting from, our school is here for you.

Tai JiTai Ji, or Tai Chi as it is often spelled, is one of the most powerful tools available for making a significant change in your health and well-being. More than just slow, graceful movements, tai ji promotes a deeper awareness and connection between your mind and body while increasing strength, improving balance, and reducing stress. Through consistent tai j practice, we encourage and strengthen the body's natural restorative capabilities.

Kung FuAt Sequoia Kung Fu & Yoga, we practice "Peace-time" martial arts. We do not train for competitions, fighting, or to use aggression. Our practice focuses on self-development, and the protection of ourselves and loved ones.
