*Monthly Yoga Focus for June: Hip Mobility and Strength
A major principle I often emphasize in class is the importance of not just being strong, not just being flexible, but being strong within your ranges of motion. Summer temperature is a perfect condition to work on both flexibility and strength within your flexibility. We will focus on hip mobility and strength for the month of June. Areas of focus will include front hips, outer hips, glutes, quads, and hamstrings.

***On Saturdays, Tai Ji Qi Gong and Tai Ji Forms practice space w/Sonny is located on Dollner St. and Mineral King Ave.
New students may start at anytime.
